Relocate Index

LiveData ProductDecision ToolAI-Assisted

A data-driven country ranking tool that scores 60 countries across 10 dimensions — so your relocation decision starts with evidence, not guesswork.

Why

Most relocation research starts and ends with cost of living. But moving countries is a life decision shaped by safety, healthcare, climate, education quality, and a dozen other factors no single spreadsheet captures well. People deserve better than Reddit threads and vibes.

What

Relocate Index ranks 60 countries across 10 weighted dimensions: purchasing power, rule of law, safety, warmth, school culture, healthcare, infrastructure, climate, religious freedom, and English proficiency. Users answer 6 priority questions, then fine-tune sliders to re-rank countries in real time. Every score traces back to institutional sources — World Bank, OECD, WHO — with full methodology documentation.

How

Built with Next.js and Supabase. A custom data pipeline pulls from public institutional datasets and refreshes monthly via edge functions. The scoring engine runs entirely client-side for instant interactivity. Designed as a shortlist generator — not visa advice, not a final answer — so the tool stays honest about what it can and can't do.

Casa Islamica

LiveAI PlatformEdTechRAG

An AI-powered Islamic learning platform in Spanish — with structured courses, a scholar-verified chatbot, and gamified progress tracking for new and returning learners.

Why

Spanish-speaking Muslims and converts have almost no structured, accessible Islamic education available in their language. Existing resources are fragmented, often untranslated, and rarely adapted for people starting from zero. Casa Islamica fills that gap with a complete learning environment.

What

A full learning platform with micro-lesson courses across belief, spirituality, law, and daily practice. Includes "Ask the Sheikh" — a RAG-based chatbot that answers questions using scholar-verified sources. A convert guide provides a structured onboarding path for new Muslims. Gamification (XP, levels, rankings) keeps learners engaged over time. Course catalog spans hundreds of lessons across categories like Doctrine, Spirituality, and Worship.

How

Built an automated course creation pipeline that transforms scholarly source material into structured micro-lessons. The chatbot uses retrieval-augmented generation grounded in verified theological sources — it answers from knowledge, not hallucination. A custom content management layer handles multi-language support, lesson sequencing, and progress tracking. The entire product lifecycle — from research to deployment — was managed through a Claude Code PM operating system.

LiveVoice AIGenerative ArtKids

A voice-powered card creator where kids describe their dream Pokémon out loud and watch it come to life as a custom trading card — art, stats, and all.

Why

Kids have wild imaginations but limited patience for keyboards and forms. Pokédojo was built for a 9-year-old who wanted to invent Pokémon — and for every kid who thinks faster than they can type. It turns voice into a creative tool they already know how to use.

What

A web app where a child describes their Pokémon by speaking into the microphone. The system transcribes their description, generates structured card data (name, type, attacks, stats), creates original card art, and plays back an audio confirmation — all in Colombian Spanish. The result is a fully illustrated trading card rendered in a vintage TCG style.

How

Four AI models work in sequence: Whisper handles speech-to-text, GPT-4o-mini generates structured card data and a visual prompt, DALL·E 3 creates the card art, and OpenAI TTS produces the spoken confirmation. The audio confirmation plays while the image renders in parallel — a deliberate UX decision to keep wait times tolerable for young users. Built with Next.js, deployed on Vercel.

Páramo de Papel

In ProgressE-CommerceLocal MarketWhatsApp Commerce

A poster e-commerce store for Colombia — browse and curate on the web, complete the purchase over WhatsApp, because trust beats checkout forms in this market.

Why

Colombia's e-commerce landscape has a trust problem. Shoppers hesitate to enter payment details on unfamiliar sites, and payment processing fees eat into margins for small sellers. But WhatsApp is the country's default communication channel — and people already buy and sell through it every day. Páramo de Papel meets the market where it already transacts.

What

An online poster shop with a full browsing experience — product listings, filtering, detail pages, and a cart. But instead of a traditional checkout, the cart contents transfer to a WhatsApp conversation where the transaction is finalized via bank transfer or payment link. High-quality art posters designed for homes and offices across Colombia.

How

Built with React, TypeScript, and Supabase. The site follows e-commerce best practices for product discovery (search, filters, badges, quick-view) while routing the conversion through WhatsApp — matching local buying behavior. Clean, minimalist design that communicates quality without pretending to be a luxury brand. Amplitude analytics track the full browse-to-WhatsApp funnel.

Ahlulbayt Colombia

LiveCommunityNonprofitWeb Presence

The digital home for Bogotá's Islamic center — connecting a growing community with prayer schedules, educational programs, and a way to support the mission.

Why

Ahlulbayt Colombia has served Bogotá's Muslim community since 2011, but its outreach was limited to word of mouth and social media. A dedicated web presence gives the center visibility for newcomers, converts, and anyone curious about Islam in Colombia — and provides a structured way to communicate programs, schedules, and donation opportunities.

What

A bilingual informational website for the Islamic center. Features weekly program schedules (Friday prayers, Quran classes, Du'a Kumayl), the center's mission and history, donation pathways for Sadaqa and Zakat, visiting information with address and hours, and social media integration for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

How

Designed as a clean, single-page site that prioritizes accessibility and trust. Three content pillars — Learn, Community, Serve — organize the center's offerings. Built with a focus on mobile-first design since most visitors arrive from social media links on their phones. The site functions as both a welcome mat for curious visitors and a utility for existing community members.

Remy Grosso

LivePortfolioPersonal Brand

The full professional story — 10+ years of product leadership, AI case studies, and the operating system behind how all of these products get built.

Why

The products on this page show what was built. The portfolio shows who built them, and how. It bridges the gap between "interesting side projects" and "this person can lead product at scale" — with quantified career impact, detailed case studies, and references from people who've worked alongside him.

What

A professional portfolio site featuring detailed AI case studies for Casa Islamica and Relocate Index, a competencies grid across AI strategy, product management, data infrastructure, and leadership, a full career history with quantified outcomes from IPSY, Huge Inc., and earlier roles, testimonials from CTOs, VPs, and directors, and education and language credentials (English, Spanish, French, Italian — all native/bilingual).

How

Designed as the canonical professional reference — the page a recruiter lands on and has every question answered. The site itself was built using the same Claude Code PM workflow that powers all the other products, making it both a showcase and a proof of concept for AI-assisted product management.
