NURIS 2015, the 1st International Conference on Nuclear Risk is a two days event taking place in Vienna, 16-17 April 2015. The Austrian capital is host of several international organizations (including the IAEA) and a renowned city for many scientific congresses.

NURIS 2015 is organized by the International Nuclear Risk Assessment Group (INRAG, for details see www.inrag.org) in collaboration with the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (www.boku.ac.at) in whose facilities the conference will be located.

NURIS 2015 offers the opportunity for scientists, professionals and experts to enter into a comprehensive discussion on nuclear risks in an independent and interdisciplinary setting. The conference provides a forum to present latest work on the implications of nuclear technologies, insights in recent developments and general research in the field.
